New - We are looking at bus service from the Holiday Inn to HARA. 
Details will be announced as soon as we have availablity & pricing!

It is now past the cut off date for rooms. 
We may still be able to get a few rooms, but there is not a lot of choice left except on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday!

For Hamvention 2008 the Holiday Inn room prices are $107.50 per night.  Plus 13.5% tax.
This price will include a hot breakfast buffet at the Holiday Inn restaurant!
King/Sofa rooms may be substituted for D/D rooms due to availability.

HI is Holiday Inn   
Doubles (D/D) has two double beds. 
King HI  -   has a King bed.
King/Sofa - has a King bed and a sofa sleeper.   Roll away beds are available on a first come basis.
Ohio is pretty much a "no smoking in public places" state. 
You must be 20' away from any door to smoke. 
All rooms are non-smoking.

Note:  The Sofa Sleepers at the Holiday Inn are very comfortable.  Just in case they run out of 2 bed rooms!
Reservations for 3 or more nights will be given room preference to those for less than 3 nights. 
The Inn will NOT confirm any rooms for anyone NOT on the list that we FAX them. 
Please do not call the Inn until you receive confirmation instructions. 

I do not know what the story will be with busses!  Check with the  Hamvention !

There is a van from the airport to the Holiday Inn - Charter Vans 937-898-4043  It is $35 one way, $65 round trip from and to the Dayton Airport.   http://www.chartervans.com/   Reservations are required!

Confirmation information will be sent via email by approximately April 1, 2008.

Again ....Those who do not confirm rooms by April 18, 2008 will be dropped from the list.
